Saa, ohayo nightmare!

Its a nice warm picture. The colours suit well together and I am getting a good feeling from it. (And kind of a taste on a cup of tea <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=" (Big Grin)"/> )

It's just a pitty that her right hand looks a bit "weird" as you said. Maybe you can try bring the first finger joints a bit closer to her wrist. It also looks to me like her arm is starting a bit below her shoulder.

The technique of lineart is interesting, trying to look like a sketch or maybe a charcoal drawing. It's an interesting idea and it gives the image a sort of cuteness.
The thongs with buckles on her corset are made with quite a detail.
However it's kind of inconsistent in the thickness of the lines with the rest of the image, when just a little bit away from the thongs are lines as thick as the thongs themselves. Maybe sacrificing some details in this case would help the image look a bit more consistent. Or you can try make the other lines less thick <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="388" title=" (Wink)"/>

Her face looks cute, with happy shining eyes. Hair are nicely coloured and shaded, with a pretty gloss. It feels to me like the right way of colouring them for this lineart, as more detailed hair wouldn't maybe suit that well. These seems to be just perfect for this "rougher" style.
It's a bit confusing to me if what looks like white ponytail is really supposed to be white or if you just forgot to colour it?

The blurred background is like opening my fantasy and I can imagine her in some german tavern, with the light spots being blurred lights from candles and lanterns. The only thing that is missing is some tavern music and noise of the guests ^_^

Overall I like this image for its warm tone and the peace and calmness its spreading. Good work.
